the ordering process

The perrinepod configurator is designed to allow you the freedom to customise your ideal selection of a perrinepod.

Once you have decided and specified what type of shell and fixtures you wish to have from our configurator, you will be taken to the checkout and asked to input some personal details. We will use these details to add you to our customer database. We will not disclose your details to third parties without your authority.

The configurator acts only to indicate to us your preferred perrinepod preferences and does not constitute any exchange of money. The shopping cart acts as a preliminary guide and is only the first stage of the ordering process.

Upon receiving this initial order a perrinepod sales agent will contact you as soon as possible to discuss further details. Please allow time for our sales team to review your order.

Once we have contacted you we will work with you to organise all details relating to applications, approvals, delivery, placement and erection. In order to understand what actions you must take and what actions perrinepod will take on your behalf, please carefully read these Purhase Procedures Frequently Asked Questions.

When this process has been concluded we will present you with your contract. Once the contract is signed we will send an email with confirmation that the transaction has been completed and give you your finalised delivery details.

Before you begin

In some instances it will not be necessary to place an order online but instead proceed directly to calling our sales team.

You must do this if:

  • Your order exceeds three perrinepods.
  • You wish to stack any perrinepods.

If your order fits one of these criteria, please contact a perrinepod sales agent on (+61 8) 9226 0776 or email us at sales@perrinepod.com.

step by step

  1. Initial enquiry and discussion (if required).
  2. The buyer completes Registration Of Interest form.
  3. The buyer: provides Perrinepod Pty Ltd with site survey drawing and geotechnical information, Registration of Interest form and location and nature of existing services.
  4. Perrinepod Pty Ltd initiates conceptual sketch to determine what is possible on the site
  5. Perrinepod Pty Ltd provides indicative supply cost
  6. Purchaser decides to either appoint Perrine Architecture or independent consultants to undertake DA and/or BL.  Where independent consultants are appointed by the purchaser to provide BL drawings, the final execution of the contract between Perrinepod and the purchaser will be subject to Perrinepod Pty Ltd assessing the final BL drawings and final Council approvals.
  7. From our general schematic layout, we can then provide a supply cost including transport and erection
  8. Once price is agreed, contracts can be entered into
  9. Town planner or architect appointed by the buyer
  10. If contracts “subject to” then conditions need to be fulfilled.  For example:
    1. Subject to DA
    2. Subject to BL
  11. DA and BL applications begin
  12. Once the contract is unconditional, the construction of the Perrinepod’s begins.
